2009 - In 2009 Mr. Scirocco was recognized in "Super Lawyers".  This publication sets forth the method of choosing the attorneys listed as follows:

Our process has three distinct phases. We start with the creation of the candidate pool. Lawyers can be nominated, found through our research, or suggested to us by clients or others. Once the pool is assembled, our research department evaluates each candidate. We evaluate candidates based on our 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. These include: verdicts; settlements; transactions; representative clients; experience; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; position within the law firm, bar and/or other professional activity; pro bono and community service; scholarly lectures and writings; education and employment background; and other outstanding achievement. The last step is a review of the candidates by their peers within their area of practice. Together, these three steps create a system of checks and balances that produces a well-rounded list of attorneys.

2010 - Mr. Scirocco received a special honor in being named in the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers in the September/October, 2010 publication as one of the nation's "Top Attorneys In Civil and Criminal Litigation".

2011 - Mr. Scirocco was again listed in the National Business Edition of Super Lawyers.

2011 - In the New Jersey Super Lawyer 2011 edition Mr. Scirocco was again listed as one of the "Top Attorneys in New Jersey"
