Much attention has been brought to the issue of how we should deal with the illegal immigration problem of those primarily coming from Mexico.

 

In fact Mexico itself has criticized the U.S. saying that our policies unfairly discriminate against the illegals coming North over the border from that country.

 

Well, here are a few proposals that have been kicking around:

 

1)           Only allow foreigners into the country who are wealthy enough to support themselves.

 

2)           Use racial profiling to catch undesirables who sneak into the country from the southern border.

 

3)           Immediately deport any foreigner who marches in protest against national policies and laws.

 

4)           Finally, imprison up to two years those who enter the country illegally.

 

In fact, these laws already exist – not here, but in Mexico.  Now how’s that for a double standard.
