Navy Seals Court Marshaled...is it fair?

This is Robert Scirocco bringing you today's Law Bit.
In 2004 four US citizens working in Iraq were shot dead, dragged through the streets, then had their bodies burned and hung from a local bridge.
An elite team of US navy seals hunted the mastermind behind these murders for years, and just last September caught this terrorist and tunred him over to local Iraqi authorities.
But the story doesn't end there. This terrorist complained that he had been mistreated and that the navy seals had roughed him up, giving him a bloody lip. Now these members of this elite force have been court marshaled and will be tried by our own government right here in the US for assault upon the terrorist.
Sometimes it's hard to tell who our government thinks are the good guys and who are the bad guys.
This is Robert Scirocco, Attorney at Law, Budd Lake, New Jersey, bringing you today's Law Bit.
