Scirocco has settled a case on behalf of the injured party who was involved in a serious auto accident on Route 206 in Bedminster, NJ. The defendant was clearly at fault for the accident and cut in front of Scirocco’s client, causing the client’s vehicle to end up in a ditch on the side of the highway.
Scirocco’s client suffered disc herniations in the accident and had severe neck pain, which ultimately resulted in surgery and bilateral screw fixation. The parties engaged in discovery, and in January 2023 the matter resolved for the defendant’s policy limits of $480,000.
